FANCY COOK CAST IRON COOKWARE LIMITED WARRANTY

 

Fancy Cook cast iron cookware warrants the FancyCook Cast Iron Cookware will be free of defects in workmanship and materials. For this warranty to apply, the owner must follow these Use and Care Instructions.

If you should have a problem with your Cast Iron Cookware purchased from us, please contact us at info@fancycook.com, or fax 1-951-737-6677 to us.

This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, neglect, misuse, accident or commercial use. Scratches, stains, pitting, discoloration, deterioration, warping or damage from overheating are not covered by this warranty.

FANCYCOOK.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

1.   Is that safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shopping at Fancycook.com is safe. The Fancycook.com Safe Shopping Guarantee backs every credit card purchase you make at Fancycook.com, and our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.

 

2.   Is that safe to use my debit card on your site?

Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

 

3.   What is the status of my order?

Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply login in at the right column of homepage. After you login into your account, you will be able to view information about your order.

 

4.   I want to return the purchase, what do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Return must be unused and in the state of your received them and in the original box).

 

5.    How long will it be before I receive my order? (APO/FPO addresses)?

For a standard shipping, you should receive your shipping within 4-5 business days, but Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

 

6.   What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.

 

7.    How do I place order with Casher's Check or Money Order?

Yes, we do accept Casher?s Check or Money Order, you could mail your money order or cashier?s Check to 160 W. Foothill Pkwy. Suite 105-206, Corona, CA 92882. Note: your order will be processed and shipped until the payment is received.

 

8.     Do you ship to addresses outside of United States?

Yes, we ship to all US states and worldwide area. Check out the shipping rate base on your location on: 

 

9.     Do you ship to PO BOX or military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

10.   What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

According to the weight, size of the Cookware, the cost of standard shipping is calculated based on UPS rate and the US postal service

 

11.   Do you do back order?

Fancycook.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

 

12.   Do you have catalog?

Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog on our website that you could download it at any time. Since our entire product line is available on our website, we do not have a physical/or paper catalog.

 

13. The Package?

For the convenience of our wholesale and drop-shipping clients, our products was packaged by our manufacturer in non-retail packaging. The packaging are unprinted white boxes or plastic bag, with no brand name or any pictures on them.
